Gokul Agro Resources Ltd board to consider rights issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Gokul Agro Resources Ltd is scheduled on 31/08/2022, to consider and approve the issue of equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each by way of a Rights Issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on the record date (to be notified subsequently) for an amount not exceeding Rs. 50.00 crore, subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required, at such price and on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the Board or a duly constituted committee of the Board in accordance with applicable laws, subject to receipt of necessary approvals, if and as may be required.
