GAIL India Ltd fixes Sep 7, 2022 as record date for 1:2 bonus issue

GAIL India Ltd has fixed Wednesday, 7th September, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. one new bonus equity share of Rs.10/- each for every two existing equity share of Rs.10/- each held subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on 26th August, 2022.

Shares of GAIL (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 132.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 129.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 720775 in over 7329 trades.
