QGO Finance Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.1

The Board of Directors of QGO Finance Limited ("The Company") at its meeting held today i.e., Monday, August 22, 2022 have declared Interim Dividend at 1% ie Rs. 0.1 per Equity Share (Subject to Deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rupees 10/- each for the FY 2022.

Friday, August 05, 2022 shall be reckoned as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2022-23. The date of payment / dispatch of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of QGO Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 23.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 24.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4500 in over 18 trades.
