Kama Holdings Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 82

The Board of Directors of Kama Holdings Limited at its meeting held today has declared interim dividend @ 820% i.e. Rs. 82 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

The dividend would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Tuesday, the 30th August 2022. The date of payment of interim equity dividend will be Tuesday, the 20th September, 2022.

Shares of Kama Holdings Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12340.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12304.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 310 in over 90 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12449.90 and intraday low of 12020.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3809152.00.
