Kallam Textiles Ltd updates on hydroelectric plant

Kallam Textiles Ltd had Built and Commissioned Mini Hydroelectric Plants of 4MW capacity at Nelakondapalli, Khammam DT, Telangana State on 29 Juan 2002 & entered into PPA with TSNPDCL. The company has completed 20 Years Power purchase Agreement with TSNPDCL on 29 Jan 2022. Subsequently it had canal closure period.

The company has now applied to TSNPDCL for allowing it for the sale of power through open access arrangement to IEX. On getting due NOC from TSSLDC (State Load dispatched Centre) for sale of power we started selling power through IEX w.e.f 11.08.2022.

Shares of Kallam Textiles Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12.52 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11.82. The total number of shares traded during the day was 161257 in over 394 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12.70 and intraday low of 12.04. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2004371.00.
