HB Portfolio Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.80

The Board of Directors of HB Portfolio Ltd, in its meeting held today i.e. 12th August, 2022, declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs. 0.80 (Eighty Paisa only) per equity share (i.e. 8% on the face value of Rs. 10/-per share) for the financial year 2022-23.

The Company has fixed August 22, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23. The Interim Dividend shall be paid by the Company on or before September 11, 2022.
