Ashoka Buildcon Ltd recieves LOI for residential project at Kalyan

Ashoka Buildcon Limited ("the Company") had submitted its bid to Provident Housing Limited ("Provident") for the Project viz. 'Civil and Structural Finishes work for Provident Palmvista Residential Project, at Kalyan' (Project).

The Company has received Letter of Intent from Provident.

The accepted Contract Price for the Project is Rs.254.50 Crore excluding taxes.

The Construction period is 42 months from the Commencement Date.

Shares of Ashoka Buildcon Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 77.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 76.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 124818 in over 1474 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 78.30 and intraday low of 75.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9648920.00.
