Cyber Media Research & Services Ltd gets NSE nod for IPO

National Stock Exchange of India ('NSE') has, vide its Letter No. NSE/LIST/1617 dated August 05, 2022, granted an in-principle approval for the proposed Initial Public Offering and an Offer for Sale of upto 7,80,000 equity shares of Cyber Media Research & Services Limited, a material subsidiary of Cyber Media India Ltd.

Shares of Cyber Media (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 19.67 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 20.47. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8658 in over 92 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 21.45 and intraday low of 19.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 171859.00.
