Linde India Limited appoints CFO

The Board of Directors of Linde India Limited had on recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee of the Board respectively approved the appointment of Mr Neeraj Kumar Jumrani as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 9 August 2022 in view of resignation of the earlier CFO with effect from close of business hours on 31 May 2022.

Mr Neeraj Kumar Jumrani, 43 years old is a Bachelor of Commerce and Chartered Accountant. Mr Jumrani first joined Linde India Ltd. in the year 2006 and has gathered rich experience of about 18 years including about 16 years of experience in various finance roles in areas such as Tax Management, Treasury Management, Internal Controls, Financial Planning & Controlling within the Linde Plc Group companies.

Mr Jumrani last worked in PT. Linde Indonesia responsible as Head of Finance for Linde Plc's Gases business in Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.

Shares of Linde India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3550.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3518.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2908 in over 873 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3644.30 and intraday low of 3456.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10434289.00.
