Jagran Prakashan Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 4

The board of directors of Jagran Prakashan Ltd at its meeting held today, have considered and approved the payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 of Rs. 4/- (Rupees Four only) each per Equity share on 26,36,54,272 fully paid-up equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each (i.e. 200%), subject to the deduction oftax as per the applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as amended from time to time (subject to Tax Deducted at Source).

Shares of Jagran Prakashan Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 54.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 54.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21303 in over 481 trades.
