The Board of Directors of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has approved payment of Interim dividend of Rs. 1.25/- per share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (@12.5% of face value of share) for financial year 2022-23. The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is Wednesday, August 17, 2022. The Interim dividend shall be paid within stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.
