TCPL Packaging Ltd makes further investment in subsidiary

TCPL Packaging Limited ("the Company") has further invested in Rights Issue of its subsidiary company viz Creative Offset Printers Private Limited (COPPL) and has been allotted 53,101 partly paid-up equity shares, aggregating to Rs. 3.00 Crores. As per the terms of Rights Issue, the consideration of Rs. 60.00 Lakhs were payable on application and balance of Rs. 2.40 crores are payable on calls.

Post allotment of shares as aforesaid, the company holds 82.52% of the share capital of COPPL.

Shares of TCPL Packaging Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1047.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1032.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2536 in over 560 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1069.90 and intraday low of 1026.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2665655.00.
