Sanofi India Ltd declares one-time special interim dividend of Rs. 193

The Board of Directors of Sanofi India Ltd at its Meeting held today has declared One-Time Special Interim Dividend of Rs. 193 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ending 31st December 2022.

The Company has fixed 8th August 2022 as the record date for the purpose of payment of the One-Time Special Interim Dividend. The said dividend will be paid on or after 22nd August 2022.

Shares of Sanofi India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6604.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6749.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2956 in over 1021 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 6750.05 and intraday low of 6586.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19752481.00.
