India Grid Trust declares distribution of Rs. 3.30

The Board of Directors ("Board") of IndiGrid Investment Managers Limited ("IIML") acting in the capacity of Investment Manager to India Grid Trust ("IndiGrid")at its meeting held today i.e. July 26, 2022, have declared Q1 FY 23 distribution of INR 3.3 per unit comprising INR 3.0556 per unit in the form of Interest and INR 0.2444 per unit in the form of Principal payment.

The record date for this distribution will be August 01, 2022, and payment will be made on or before August 10, 2022.

Shares of India Grid Trust was last trading in BSE at Rs. 143.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 142.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6138 in over 140 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 143.00 and intraday low of 142.01. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 875758.00.
