The Board of Directors of SportKing India Ltd at their Meeting held on 23rd July 2022 discussed about the status of expansion projects.

Status of Ongoing Expansion Project of 40800 Spindles (First Phase)

The Board discussed the progress of the Implementation of additional 40800 Spindles (First Phase) at Bathinda Unit for production of Polyester Cotton Yarn (compact) and it was informed that a part of main Spinning Machinery of the said expansion project has arrived at site which is under erection stage and is likely to be commissioned shortly.

Status of Ongoing Expansion Project of 63072 Spindles (Second Phase)

The Board discussed the progress of the Implementation of additional 63072 Spindles (Second Phase) at Bathinda Unit for production of Cotton Yarn (compact) and it was informed that it is going as per schedule.

Shares of Sportking India Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 977.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 947.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16829 in over 1199 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 990.00 and intraday low of 941.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16471990.00.
