Gagan Gases Ltd inks MoU for sale of surplus land and building

Gagan Gases Ltd has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on July 22, 2022, for the sale of the Company's surplus Land & Building with plot area measuring 10000Squaremeter situated at Plot no. 602, Sector 3, Pithampur, Distt Dhar, MP for a consideration of Rs.2,35,73,160/- on the terms and conditions mentioned therein and have received an initial advance of Rs.11 lacs.

Shares of GAGAN GASES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 9.96 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10.39. The total number of shares traded during the day was 938 in over 13 trades.
