The Sandur Manganese and Iron Ores Ltd fixes July 27, 2022 as record date for 2:1 rights issue

The Board of Directors of The Sandur Manganese and Iron Ores Ltd had considered and approved the issue of 1,80,03,882 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 /- each on Rights Basis at a price of Rs. 10/- per rights equity share aggregating to Rs. 18,00,38,820/- (Indian Rupees Eighteen Crore Thirty - Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty only) in the ratio of 2 Rights Equity Shares for every 1 Equity Share held as on Record Date.

The board has now fixed the Record date i.e. Wednesday, 27 July 2022 for the purpose of determining names of shareholders of the Company eligible to apply for the Rights Equity Shares in the Rights Issue of the Company.

Last date for On Market Renunciation of the Rights Entitlement - Tuesday, 23 August 2022
Issue Closing Date - Monday, 29 August 2022.
