PNC Infratech Ltd - Concession Agreements signed with NHAI for 2 HAM Projects

PNC Infratech Limited has announced the signing of Concession Agreements between National Highways Authority of India and the Special Purpose Vehicles incorporated by the Company for implementation of the following two Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Projects on 20 July 2022:

Four Laning of NH 530B from Mathura Bypass to Gaju Village in the State of Uttar Pradesh (Package-1B) - Yamuna Highways Private Limited - Rs. 885.00 crore - 32.98 km

Four Laning of NH 530B from Gaju Village to Devinagar Bypass in the State of Uttar Pradesh (Package-1C) - Hathras Highways Private Limited - Rs. 738.00 crore - 33.02 km

The above projects are to be constructed in 24 months, upon declaration of appointed dates and operated for 15 years, post construction.

Shares of PNC Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 252.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 252.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12564 in over 733 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 255.00 and intraday low of 250.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3171776.00.
