McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd gets Rs. 242.07 crores arbitration award

In the matter of arbitration between McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited (the "Claimant") and Singareni Collieries Company Limited (the "Respondent"), the Arbitral Tribunal under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, has published and delivered the Award at Delhi on 19th July 2022.

As per the Award, the Claimant is awarded a total sum of Rs 242,07,98,614 (Rupees Two Hundred Forty-two Crores Seven Lakhs Ninety-eight Thousand Six Hundred Fourteen only) and the Respondent is directed to pay the same within one month from the date of the Award.

Shares of Mcnally Bharat Engineering Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3.42 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3.43. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30339 in over 56 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3.50 and intraday low of 3.28. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 102340.00.
