Agro Dutch allots 1675000 Shares upon Conversion of Warrants

Agro Dutch Industries Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on June 02, 2008 has allotted 16,75,000 (Sixteen Lacs Seventy Five Thousand) equity shares upon the exercise of conversion option of warrants.

Vishwa Calibre Builders Pvt Ltd has been allotted 8,13,000 equity shares Upon conversion, Penta Homes Pvt Ltd - 7,50,000 shares, Shri. Malvinder Singh - 62,000 shares and Shri. Gurpreet Singh - 50,000 shares.

These 16,75,000 equity shares shall rank pari-passu charge in all respect with the existing equity shares of the Company.

The paid-up share capital of the Company after allotment of these shares stand increased to Rs 33,56,50,000/- (Rupees Thirty three crores fifty six lacs and fifty thousand only) i.e. 3,35,65,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, from Rs 31,89,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty One Crores Eighty Nine Lacs Only) i.e. 3,18,90,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
