Canopy Finance Ltd updates on preferential allotment

The Board of Directors of Canopy Finance Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. Friday, July 15,2022 have considered and approved the allotment to "CORE91 VC FUND I" as one of the allottees instead of "Intellect Stock Broking Limited" for the Preferential Allotment up to 30,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at the same issue price i.e. Rs. 30/- each (including premium of Rs. 20/- each), aggregating to Rs. 9,00,00,000/- to persons belonging to Strategic Investors being Non Promoters on Preferential Allotment basis.
