APM Finvest Ltd changes name as Mufin Green Finance Ltd

The Members of the Company through Postal Ballot resolution dated July 11, 2022 approved the change in the name of the Company from 'APM Finvest Limited' to 'Mufin Green Finance Limited'. The Company then made an application for the change of name to the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan and the Registrar of Companies has approved the application and has granted a new Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name to 'Mufin Green Finance Limited' dated July 15, 2022.

Shares of APM Finvest Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 125.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 129.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 88105 in over 459 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 135.50 and intraday low of 123.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11070305.00.
