GMM Pfaudler Ltd approves allotment of 2,92,35,000 Bonus Equity Shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of GMM Pfaudler Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. July 14, 2022 have approved allotment of 2,92,35,000 Equity Shares having face value of INR 2/- each as fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares, in the ratio of 2:1 i.e. 2 (Two) Equity Shares having face value of INR 2/- each for every 1 (One) equity share having face value of INR 2/- each held, to the eligible Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members and the list of beneficial owners as on July 12, 2022, being the record date fixed for this purpose.

Shares of GMM Pfaudler Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1429.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1453.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2273 in over 574 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1464.55 and intraday low of 1413.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3285540.00.
