Sandu Pharmaceuticals Ltd converts warrants into equity shares

The Share Allotment Committee of Sandu Pharmaceuticals Limited met today on Thursday, 14th July 2022 at 2.30 pm and Meeting concluded at conclude at 3.35 pm, and considered and approved the conversion of the 03rd tranche of warrants into Equity Shares at a price of Rs.20.69 per share (Face Value Rs.10/- and Premium Rs.10.69 per share) in accordance with the terms of issue of warrants. Accordingly 8,50,326 equity shares has been allotted to the following persons / Companies upon conversion of the warrants held by them.

Shares of SANDU PHARMACEUTICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 67.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 66.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 851 in over 15 trades.
