Bhartiya Urban Pvt Ltd sells its holding in subsidiaries

Bhartiya Urban Private Limited, an associate of Bhartiya International Ltd, has signed a Definitive Agreement for finalising a transaction to transfer the entire shareholding of its wholly owned subsidiaries namely Milestone Buildcon Private Limited and Milecon IT Park 3B Private Limited, to Reco Bangalore Private Limited, Singapore.

Further, signing of such agreement will have no bearing on the affairs of the Company.

Shares of Bhartiya International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 170.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 169.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 135 in over 18 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 171.10 and intraday low of 166.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22965.00.
