Minda Industries Ltd allots 28,58,76,442 Bonus Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Minda Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 11 July, 2022, have considered and approved the allotment of 28,58,76,442 Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each. The Board of Directors ("the Board') of the Company had earlier recommended issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. 1(one) bonus equity shares for every 1 (one) equity share, held by the shareholders as on the Record Date, subject to the approval by the shareholders. The Bonus issue was subsequently approved by the shareholders, by way of Postal Ballot, the results of which was declared on 30 June, 2022.

Shares of Minda Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 521.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 511.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28766 in over 1907 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 532.50 and intraday low of 500.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14778854.00.
