Cosmo Films Ltd has received a fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of the name of the Company dated July 08, 2022 issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi.

With this, the name of the Company stands changed to "COSMO FIRST LIMITED" from "COSMO FILMS LIMITED" with effect from July 08, 2022.
