Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem Ltd fixes record date for 2:1 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem Ltd at its meeting held on Tuesday, 05th July, 2022 has approved and decided to fix the Record date for Bonus Issue of Equity shares: Friday, 15th July, 2022.

The board had earlier recommended Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in the ratio of 2:1, i.e., 2 (Two) New Equity Share having Face Value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for every 1 (One) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up which was approved by the Members of the Company in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on Tuesday, 28th June, 2022 where it was resolved that the Bonus shares will be issued to the shareholders whose names will be appearing in the Register of Members as on the Record Date to be subsequently determined by the Board of Directors of the Company.

Shares of Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 469.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 463.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17559 in over 596 trades.
