Birlasoft Ltd announces record date for buyback of equity shares

Birlasoft Ltd has fixed Friday, July 15, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement and names of equity shareholders who are eligible to participate in the buyback.

The Board of Directors and of the members of the Company had earlier approved buyback of upto 7,800,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Company.

Shares of BIRLASOFT LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 349.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 353.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 72744 in over 2758 trades.
