Zee Media Corporation Limited announces resignation of CEO

Mr. Sudhir Chaudhary has resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer ('CEO') of Zee Media Corporation Limited with effect from the close of business hours of July 1, 2022. Consequently, he also ceases to be the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

The Company has initiated the process for nomination of Mr. Abhay Ojha, Chief Business Officer of the Company as a key managerial personnel in place of Mr. Sudhir Chaudhary.

Shares of Zee Media Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 14.03 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 47467 in over 352 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 14.13 and intraday low of 13.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 659564.00.
