Sundaram Finance announces demerger of the Fund Accounting Business of Sundaram Fund Services Limited

The Board of Directors of Sundaram Finance Limited have granted an 'in-principle' approval for the proposed de-merger of the fund accounting business of Sundaram Fund Services Limited, wholly owned subsidiary, into Sundaram Asset Management Company Limited, another wholly owned subsidiary of Sundaram Finance Limited.

Shares of Sundaram Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1796.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1767.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 579 in over 214 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1800.05 and intraday low of 1748.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1027870.00.
