SEPC Ltd approves allotment of 3.3 crore shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of SEPC Ltd at its meeting today had considered and approved the allotment of 33000000 (three crore thirty lakh only) equity shares @ Rs.10/- each on Preferential Basis (totaling to Rs.33,00,00,000/-) (Rupees thirty three crores only) to M/s. MARK AB CAPITAL INVESTMENT LLC., as approved by the Shareholders of the Company and also in line with the Resolution Plan approved by the lender of the Company for conversion of Part of their dues.

Shares of Shriram EPC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8.64. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4063 in over 24 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.77 and intraday low of 8.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 35078.00.
