GMM Pfaudler Ltd fixes July 12, 2022 as record date for bonus issue

Tuesday, July 12, 2022, has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the Shareholders who shall be eligible for allotment of bonus equity shares.

The Shareholders had vide Ordinary resolution through Postal Ballot approved issuance of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 2:1 i.e. 2 (Two) equity shares having face value of INR 2/- each for every 1 (One) equity share having face value of INR 2/- each held by the Shareholders of the Company.

Shares of GMM Pfaudler Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4345.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4255.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1947 in over 529 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4360.00 and intraday low of 4276.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8438547.00.
