Manappuram Finance approves Rs. 770 crores NCD issue

The Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited ("Company") at its meeting held on June 30, 2022, approved the issuance of Secured, Unrated, Unlisted, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000 (Indian Rupees ten lakhs) for a principal aggregate amount of upto Rs. 770 Crores (Rupees Seven Hundred and Seventy Crores Only), on private placement basis.

Shares of Manappuram Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 85.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 86.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 382492 in over 3656 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 86.10 and intraday low of 84.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 32503943.00.
