Adani Enterprises Ltd acquires 100% in Alluvial Natural Resources Pvt Ltd

Adani Enterprises Ltd has acquired 10,000 (100%) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of Alluvial Natural Resources Private Limited (ANRPL) from Adani Infra (India) Limited on 28th June, 2022.

ANRPL is engaged in carrying out mining of minerals & ores activities and other allied activities in any part of India or elsewhere.

Shares of Adani Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2220.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2205.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 59692 in over 3941 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2247.95 and intraday low of 2177.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 132065406.00.
