Manappuram Finance to consider raising up to $100 mn

Based on the finalization of terms of issue, the meeting of the Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited, is scheduled to be held on, 30th June 2022, to consider and approve the issuance of Secured, Rated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of up to US$100 million (One Hundred Million US Dollars Only), in INR equivalent.

Shares of Manappuram Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 88.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 87.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 272711 in over 2014 trades.
