TCM Ltd to develop Kalamassery land

The Board of Directors of TCM Ltd in its meeting held on Saturday, 25th June 2022 has considered and entrusted the Managing Director to identity a suitable Joint Venture partner, subject to Due Diligence, to develop Company's Kalamassery land with a view to get maximum value addition to the company.

The land development is to be done by forming a Special Purpose Vehicle or any other suitable entity.

Shares of TCM LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 32.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 31.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 58121 in over 51 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 32.70 and intraday low of 32.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1896743.00.
