H.P. Cotton Textile Mills Limited forms subsidiary

HP MMF TEXTILES LIMITED ("HP MMF") is incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of H.P. Cotton Textile Mills Limited. As per the certificate of incorporation dated 24th June 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the date of incorporation of wholly-owned subsidiary is 24th June 2022.

HP MMF shall carry out business in the field of Textile. HP MMF was incorporated on 24th June, 2022 as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with the object to manufacture all kinds of textiles, yarns, fabrics, garments and other related products.

HP MMF is yet to commence its business operations.
