Century Plyboards India Ltd makes further investment in Century Panels Ltd

Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. has made further investments to the extent of Rs. 20,95,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Crore Ninety Five Lakh only) in its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company, Century Panels Limited, by way of subscription to 2,09,50,000 (Two Crore Nine Lakh Fifty Thousand) fully paid up equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each through Rights issue.
