Binny Ltd to sell 600 acres windmill lands

The Board of Directors of Binny Ltd at their meeting held on today (23.06.2022) have approved the proposal for the sale of 600 acres of Company's Windmill lands located at Perungudi and Veppilangulam villages, Tirunelveli District for a total sale consideration of Rs.36 crores (Rs.6 Lakh per acre), subject to the approval of shareholders U/s.180(1)(a) of the Companies Act,2013 through e-voting and postal ballot.

Shares of BINNY LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 234.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 233.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 677 in over 29 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 241.50 and intraday low of 225.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 158544.00.
