The Bonus Issue Committee of Cosmo Films Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., 20 June, 2022, has allotted 90,86,357 fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each in the ratio 1:2 (One) Equity Share of Rs 10/- each for every (Two) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date i.e. June 18, 2022.
