Vodafone Idea to consider fund raising of Rs. 500 crores

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 22nd June 2022, to consider proposal for raising of funds aggregating upto Rs. 500 crores, by way of issuance of Equity Shares and / or Convertible Warrants on a preferential basis to one or more entities belonging to Vodafone Group (one of the promoters of the Company).

Shares of Vodafone Idea Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8.21 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8.51. The total number of shares traded during the day was 51841448 in over 94054 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.49 and intraday low of 8.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 426652729.00.
