Emami Ltd increases stake in Brillare Science Pvt Ltd to 72.02%

The Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) held by the Company in Brillare Science Pvt Ltd, the Subsidiary of Emami Ltd have been converted into Equity Shares of the said Company, consequently the shareholding of the Company in Brillare Science Pvt Ltd, the said subsidiary Company has been increased to 72.02%.

Shares of Emami Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 417.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 416.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2015 in over 557 trades.
