Zuari Global Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Zuari Global Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2022, has recommended Final Dividend @ 10% ie. Rs. 1 (Rupee One) per equity share for the financial year 2021-22 to the equity shareholders of the Company. The final dividend shall be paid within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.

Shares of Zuari Global Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 154.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 157.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7589 in over 851 trades.
