Time Technoplast Ltd updates on sale of land parcel in Mumbai

The Promoter Company of Time Technoplast Limited has informed that the process of sale of land parcel located on Saki Vikar road, Mumbai has commenced with identified buyer. Further, due diligence process is ongoing by a leading Asset Management Company. The transaction is likely to be completed including receipt of sales proceeds shortly.

The sale consideration will be utilized for repayment of debt to lenders of the Promoter Company, resulting in RELEASE of entire present pledged equity shares.

Shares of Time Technoplast Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 103.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 101.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 221657 in over 2637 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 104.25 and intraday low of 98.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22533393.00.
