White Organic Agro Ltd updates on rights issue

The Board of Directors ("Board") of White Organic Agro Limited ("Company"), at its meeting held today, i.e., Monday, 6th June, 2022, has considered and approved the enhancement of Fund raising limits for an amount not exceeding Rs. 49,50,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Nine Crore Fifty Lakhs only), through a Rights issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on Record date (to be notified subsequently) ("Rights Issue").

The Draft Letter of Offer for the proposed Rights Issue is to be filed with the BSE Limited ("Designated Stock Exchange") for in-principle approval.

Shares of White Organic Agro Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 15.18 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14.46. The total number of shares traded during the day was 56385 in over 108 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 15.18 and intraday low of 15.18. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 855924.00.
