UGRO Capital Limited raises Rs. 24 crores through Commercial Paper issue

The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of UGRO Capital Limited ("Committee"), yesterday, Friday, 3rd June 2022 has made an allotment of 480 Commercial Paper (CP) of face value Rs. 5,00,000/- each, aggregating to Rs. 24 Crores though private placement basis.

Shares of Ugro Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 150.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 154.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9390 in over 438 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 155.00 and intraday low of 150.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1429568.00.
