YES Bank to repurchase notes up to $200 mn

The capital raising committee of the board of directors of Yes Bank Limited has approved and recommended to make a tender offer for re-purchase in relation to the notes issued under the Medium Term Note Programme of the Bank for an amount of up to USD 200 million at (i) 100% of the principal amount of the notes in relation to notes tendered during an early tender offer period; and (ii) 97% of the principal amount of the notes in relation to notes tendered after the end of the early tender offer period but at or before the expiry of the tender offer.

Shares of Yes Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 13.24 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.18. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9951165 in over 15246 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 13.31 and intraday low of 13.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 131551328.00.
