Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd announces resignation of CFO

Ms. Saradha Govindarajan, has taken over charge as Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') of Veranda Learning Solutions Limited w.e.f. June 01, 2022. Consequently, Mr. R. Rangarajan who had consented to continue as the Chief Financial Officer of the company till the time the new CFO takes charge has stepped down w.e.f. June 01, 2022.
