PNC Infratech announces signing of Concession Agreement for a HAM Project of NHAI

PNC Infratech Limited has announced signing of concession agreement on 31.5.2022, between National Highways Authority of India and Akkalkot Highways Private Limited, the Special Purpose Vehicle incorporated by the Company for implementation of following Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Project "Construction of 6 Lane Access Controlled Greenfield Highway from km 26.000 to 97.000, from Badadal (MH/KN Border) to Maradgi S Andola of NH-150C (Package-II) on Hybrid Annuity Mode, under Bharatmala Pariyojna in Karnataka.

The bid project cost is Rs. 1575 crores and project length is 71 km.

The above project is to be constructed in 30 months upon declaration of appointed date and operated for 15 years, post construction.

Shares of PNC Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 245.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 248.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 68614 in over 2714 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 259.95 and intraday low of 239.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17370678.00.
